C.C. has been involved in the engineering design of many architecturally demanding, as well as technically challenging projects.
He graduated from Tong Ji University in China, holds a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia and has been with RJC since 1994. His theoretical background is particularly valuable in the design of complex structures.
C.C. is recognized for his ability to develop innovative solutions in structural design. Evidence of his innovative thinking can be seen in projects such as the Hillcrest Olympic Centre, UBC Faculty of Law, UBC Biodiversity Research Centre, New Oshawa Recreation Centre, Gastown Parkades and the award-winning Telus Atrium, Walnut Grove and Poirier Aquatic Centres. C.C.'s latest award-winning project is Linear House on Saltspring Island, BC.
