Terry is a strong proponent of sustainable and integrated design, with a keen interest in high performance and durable buildings. He strives to find innovative and practical engineering solutions to help clients achieve their project goals.
His experience encompasses the whole spectrum of RJC’s building science and structural restoration practice and he actively participates in the design, detailing, review and administration of new building envelopes, building envelope restorations, seismic upgrades, and structural restorations. His recently completed project is the Hudson restoration and seismic upgrade in Victoria, BC
Terry’s primary asset is his ability to manage projects, clients and people and he has been the lead on numerous successful projects ranging from new institutional construction to balcony restorations of single family homes.
After graduating from the University College of the Cariboo (now Thompson Rivers University) in 1995, Terry joined RJC in Vancouver and then transferred to Victoria in 2004.
