Luxury condo living in downtown Edmonton

This elegant 35 storey tower is currently under construction and will be a prominent building along Jasper Avenue. The dynamic sculptural forms will provide an exciting revitalized look to the downtown skyline, defined by luxury, sophistication and sustainability.

RJC's Edmonton Building Science and Restoration team are very pleased to provide consulting engineering services for the building façade. Together, the team navigated the challenges of designing this superstructure through innovative thinking, flexibility, effective communication and timely responses.

As the façade consultants, RJC is reviewing the tower's thermal integrity, air barrier and vapour retarder continuity details, as well as curtain wall and cladding system materials. Ensuring the ease of building envelope components constructability is another important project deliverable.

As the excitement continues to build, RJC believes that teamwork, coupled with the expertise of everyone involved with The Pearl will reveal the latest jewel in Canada’s Festival City.
