Bob has been with Edmonton’s Building Science & Restoration Team since 2012. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2002 and then spent 10 years with a Structural Engineering firm in St. Albert.
Since joining RJC as a Project Engineer, Bob’s primary focus has been in the field of Building Science. His duties have included evaluation and restoration of existing building envelopes, preparation and execution of tender and contract documents, contract administration and field review. He is also heavily involved with RJC’s architectural and developer clients, primarily working on new building envelopes. Bob also performs many evaluations and investigations of existing buildings and structures. Over the course of his career, he has established an impressive portfolio of challenging building envelope projects.
Bob is recognized for his strong work ethic and his ability to complete work in a thorough and timely manner, who is also an effective leader and communicator. He is seen as a very personable and approachable individual, who treats those around him with respect and the utmost of professionalism.
Bob has forged strong relationships due to his ability to understand his client’s vision. He is highly regarded in the industry and is seen as one who embodies the highest standards of integrity, trust and an ethical approach to business. Bob’s continued commitment to personal and professional excellence is demonstrated through his involvement with RJC’s Building Science Liaison Group and his volunteer work with APEGA Outreach programs.
