Bill is RJC Toronto's senior building science engineer and is in charge of project management from inception to completion.
He is an expert in the evaluation, investigation, design and remediation of building envelope systems (walls, windows, curtain walls, roofing), as well as the development and implementation of preventative programs. Bill provides RJC clients with services on both retrofit and new construction projects ranging from design, construction, and commissioning consulting to technical audits, reserve fund studies, and litigation consulting.
A graduate of Queen’s University in 1986, Bill is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario and the chair of RJC's Building Science Liaison Group, a body that manages building science technical issues for RJC offices across the country. Bill joined the Building Science and Restoration team at RJC Toronto in 1999 and was made an Associate in the firm in 2002 and a Principal in 2008.
