Graham FitzGerald

MEng, P.Eng. | Principal
Operating at a Project Engineer level since joining RJC in 2010, Graham has been a key technical leader. With nearly 10 years of experience on very technically challenging high-rise structures, Graham is a highly creative engineer capable of pushing the boundaries of ‘normal practice’ where appropriate to meet a client’s needs. An excellent resource for the firm, he is very knowledgeable about the codes, standards and developments in the industry. As a member of RJC's Structural Technical Group, Graham has contributed to the SAFE design manual, slab deflection calculation procedures and lateral design guideline for wind. He has led the development of a shotcrete standard and specification for RJC Toronto and corporate use.
Graham understands that superior client service and looking after our people are critical to the firm’s success. This commitment to service has enabled him to secure strong relationships with significant architect clients. Some of Graham's notable projects with these clients include two student residences, the 17-storey Globe and Mail head office tower in Toronto, and the University of Waterloo’s Engineering VII Building.
