Capitalizing on her talent as an assiduous engineer, Jennifer’s primary focus has been to provide superior service through the sound execution of Public Private Partnership (P3) hospital pursuits and projects for RJC Toronto's Structural Engineering team. Serving as the Project Engineer for RJC Toronto’s first P3 hospital project with EllisDon (in joint venture with another structural firm), Jennifer’s diligence in attending to the financial and administrative requirements while effectively managing needs provided RJC with a satisfied client who continues to engage RJC on other pursuits. With over ten large P3 projects planned for Toronto in this decade, Jennifer will represent RJC in a critical engineering role.
Passionate about making RJC a great place to work, Jennifer leads by example, contributing to the company's Structural Technical Group both locally and nationally. In 2014, Jennifer showcased her strong speaking skills and ability to engage others through her presentation on the Fort York Visitor Centre project, and was the winner of RJC's 2014 Barrie Sarjeant Award. Aligning with RJC's promise of practical results, Jennifer has been dedicated to maintaining and furthering RJC's “Production Process,” a tool which provides a sound framework for project execution from start to finish.
