It is an obligation he keenly fulfills by remaining informed of new technologies, developments and processes in the restoration community. Demonstrating his ability to build relationships and provide a high level of technical know-how, James has gained the confidence of several new and high-profile clients, including Dream Unlimited, Triovest, Knightstone Capital, Bentall Kennedy and First Real Properties/Yale Properties.
James’ leadership qualities and commitment to the development of our people are represented both inside and outside of RJC Toronto. As a graduate of the University of Toronto, he proudly serves as an ambassador for RJC at career fairs and other industry events. In the office, James is currently part of an internal network exploring ways to use software to improve efficiencies. As a coach and mentor, he provides meaningful feedback and fosters the restoration technical expertise of the Engineers-in-Training in his group. A testament to his capabilities, James has been nominated for RJC's Rick Banman Mentorship Award, has been a speaker at two consecutive RJC Building Science and Restoration Conferences and is a winner of RJC's Barrie Sarjeant Award for showcased project excellence.
