Damien has practiced structural engineering in Ireland, Australia and Canada. 
Highly driven and personable with a passion for client service, teamwork, and problem solving, Damien has a solid record for delivering quality structural designs.  
His practical approach to design and construction combined with his project management abilities have earned him a reputation in the industry for managing challenging projects and maximising structural efficiencies.  

At RJC, Damien has been involved in the planning and design of major commercial, institutional, and public buildings. Some of his significant projects include: Uptown Shopping Centre, Oakridge Mall Redevelopment, Richmond Centre Redevelopment, William Griffin Community Recreation Centre, Penticton Aquatic Centre, Port Hardy Multiplex Expansion, Surrey Civic Centre, South Surrey Operations Centre, and the new Student Union Building at UBC.
