Gilbert Raynard

Gilbert's broad technical knowledge combined with his meticulous attention to detail have landed him many complex, demanding and unusual assignments.
He has worked in Australia, India, Germany, Japan, the United States and Canada. Gilbert's special interests include post-tensioning design, the design of high-rise concrete buildings, resort projects, schools, and the restoration and seismic upgrading of historic buildings.
After completing his education at the University of British Columbia, Gilbert joined RJC in 1978 as a Project Engineer. He left to work in Sydney, Australia in 1985, then returned to RJC and was made a Principal in 1990.
Gilbert is licensed to practice in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, California, Washington, Florida, Colorado, Nevada, North Carolina, New York, Hawaii, Utah, Idaho, Arizona, and Texas.
