Pat Elischer

Pat joined RJC in 2003 after completing his engineering education at the University of British Columbia. He has been instrumental in the structural design of more than 40 exciting and challenging projects. The majority of his experience and expertise lies in mid-rise and high-rise residential and mixed-use concrete buildings. He has also been involved in numerous resort and retail projects. Pat is licensed to practice in British Columbia, California, and Washington.

Pat is respected for his cooperative and pro-active work style, which continuously leads to successful project delivery. He is recognized for his ability to provide cost-effective and often innovative structural schemes during the preliminary design stage, and his ability to provide prompt service and creative solutions during the design and construction stages. Pat is continuously thinking of the economic impact of structural design decisions, which contractors and clients appreciate. 

Pat completed an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore in 2011, and worked for Samsung C&T in South Korea from 2012-to-2014, providing strategy and business development for the multi-national general contractor. Pat is open-minded and brings an international perspective due in large part to this education and experience abroad.
