Roger Steers

MEng, P.Eng., LEED® AP | Managing Principal
Roger is the Managing Principal of RJC Vancouver's Building Science and Restoration team.
With specialization in the evaluation, restoration and repair of structures, Roger has built a reputation for having a client-focused approach to Prime Consulting and Project Management. He leads a team that includes experts in earthquake engineering for new and existing structures. Across BC, Roger's team members serve as First Responder Engineers and are authors of numerous seismic master planning and post-disaster preparedness documents.
After graduating from the University of Alberta in 1988, Roger joined RJC in Edmonton. He earned a Masters in Engineering, also from the U of A, then moved to RJC Vancouver in 1994. He was made an Associate with the firm in 1999 and a Principal in 2002. In 2009, Roger became the Managing Principal of the Building Science and Restoration team for the BC regions.
