Upon joining RJC in 2000, Jason's duties initially included testing and monitoring a wide range of buildings and their components; design, drafting, preparing working construction documents; and completing evaluations of buildings, plazas, roofs and parking structures.
Over the years, Jason’s responsibilities have grown to include general management of the Restoration Group and client relations, while still maintaining contract administration, design, field review and project management roles for many projects. Other focuses include training, mentoring, assisting in the development of RJC's Fall Protection and Roof Consulting services, and acting as a company resource in the areas of roof design, contract, and tender administration.
Jason has achieved certification as an Applied Science Technologist (AScT) through ASTTBC; is a Gold Seal Certified Owners Construction Manager (GSO) through the Canadian Construction Association, is an Accredited Roofing Inspector with the Roofing Contractors Association of BC. (RCABC), in addition to attaining the Registered Roofing Observer (RRO) qualification through the Roofing Consultants Institute (RCI).
