Ken’s experience in the design of high rise buildings in Calgary is unequalled. He been responsible for the structural design of more than 25 towers in Calgary and has provided peer review for many more.
Ken is a recognized authority in the design of parking structures. He has contributed greatly to the parking industry and has been responsible for the design of a great number of award-winning parking projects, including the Calgary International Airport's 1,940-stall P2 parking structure.
He is held in high regard by clients and peers alike for his thoughtful approach, attention to detail and practical knowledge of structural systems and construction details. Many of Ken’s clients are repeat clients who return to Ken time and again to help them realize their vision.
Ken completed his engineering education at the University of Calgary and joined RJC's Calgary office in 1975. In recognition of his engineering and project coordination abilities, he was made a Principal in 1981. In 1993, Ken was appointed Branch Manager of the Calgary office. He is now a trusted Principal with the firm, providing senior leadership and mentorship.
