Mark is respected by his peers and clients alike for his proven leadership and engineering skills. His talent in both engineering and project management is evident in his leadership delivering the West LRT project, which includes six LRT stations and six vehicular and pedestrian bridges.
Mark is experienced in the evaluation, restoration, design, and construction of vehicular, pedestrian, LRT, and railway bridge structures. His experience includes steel girder and pre-stressed concrete superstructures, retaining walls, and buried structures, and many other related civil engineering structures. He has extensive experience in project management, contract administration and construction phase services.
Mark received his Masters of Engineering at the University of Surrey in Guildford, United Kingdom. He joined RJC in 2002 after working for ten years in consulting engineering in Alberta and in the United Kingdom.
