Prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Science (Civil) degree at the University of Alberta in December 1997, Frank worked as a summer student with RJC as part of the Building Science and Restoration team. He returned to a full-time position as a Structural Design Engineer in February of 1998.
As a Principal in RJC Edmonton's Structural Engineering team, Frank has been involved in evaluations of existing structures, structural designs of existing building renovations and upgrades, new building projects, design of precast concrete wall panels, and prime consulting on industrial and parking structure projects.
Frank's focus is clear: create constructible, effective solutions by applying his experience on a wide variety of projects and using many different building materials.
Frank’s current contribution to the community includes an associate role with the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC).
