Frank graduated in 1975 from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree. After graduating, he joined RJC and has been a key member of no less than three of RJC’s offices including Vancouver, Toronto, and finally Edmonton. He was invited to become a Principal after his outstanding work as Project Engineer and Coordinator in the award-winning Alberta Urban Hospitals Joint Venture involving Grey Nuns Hospital in Edmonton and Peter Lougheed Hospital in Calgary.
Frank is the Managing Principal for RJC Edmonton's Structural Engineering team. He is actively involved in the design stage of projects varying in size and complexity, including residential, commercial, retail and industrial buildings. Frank’s years in the engineering industry have exposed him to diverse project delivery methods, a wide range of construction materials, and the gamut of weather conditions experienced in western Canada and northern territories.
As a team leader, Frank provides mentoring and guidance to junior and senior engineers to help prepare them for the next phase of their careers.
At the community level, Frank is the Chair for the Consulting Engineers of Alberta's Building Committee and a current member of the St. Albert Rotary Club.
