Tim has demonstrated not only his strong team spirit, but also his practical and theoretical talent on a wide range of challenging and complex projects. His experience includes the design and construction administration of large public, commercial, institutional and residential condominium projects. Tim is experienced with structural load reviews as well as renovations and seismic upgrades for existing buildings and structures
Tim graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He furthered his formal education with a Masters in Structural Engineering from the University of Alberta in 2005 with a full Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) scholarship.
Tim joined RJC Calgary in 2005. After gaining valuable experience in structural engineering there, Tim now works with the Building Science and Restoration team at RJC's Kitchener office. His project management abilities gained from new building construction and renovations enable Tim to take an active role in the investigation and rehabilitation of aging structures. Tim is responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, including pre-design assessments, design, tendering and contract administration.
