Since joining RJC in 2003, Beau has taken an active role in the investigation and rehabilitation of precast, post-tensioned, and normally reinforced concrete structures. He is a member and regular contributor to RJC's Restoration Division Liaison Group and passionately enjoys the challenges faced by the industry with respect to the rehabilitation of aging structures. Instrumental in helping junior Engineers-in-Training with structural restoration projects, Beau is often a sounding board when making important decisions regarding engineering application and contract administration.
Beau utilizes a no-nonsense, stripped-down approach to rehabilitating buildings and structures. He implements creative ideas and proven processes effectively and has the knowledge and background to know when and where to apply what he has learned. Beau’s clients value this approach, which results in economical solutions backed by over a decade of personal hands-on experience. His successful ability to balance the management of client relationships and available resources is most evident in the amount of repeat work under his responsibility for long-established RJC clients. These include: Triovest, Bentall Kennedy, Avenue Living, Morguard, The City of North Bay, Thunder Bay Parking Authority, SNC Lavalin, City of Toronto, Colliers Project Leaders and Dream Unlimited Corp.
