Domenic is known for his attention to client needs and visions and for the successful delivery of challenging fast-tracked projects. This garners repeat business from architects, developers and construction companies in the commercial, residential, institutional and healthcare sectors. Presently, he is involved with Planning, Design and Compliance (PDC) and Proponent teams in numerous healthcare projects, giving him in-depth experience and knowledge of the ongoing Alternate Financing Procurement (AFP) process with Infrastructure Ontario.
Domenic has worked on the following award-winning projects: Bloor Ellis Condominiums, Prospect Cemetery Mausoleum, Shops at Don Mills, and the Fort York Visitor Centre. His latest projects in Ontario include Outlet Collection at Niagara, Shops at Don Mills Redevelopment, Stone Road Mall Redevelopment, New Oakville Hospital (AFP win), Joseph Brant Hospital Redevelopment (AFP win), St. Thomas Elgin Hospital Addition, St. Michael’s Hospital Redevelopment PDC role, Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital PDC role, and MacDonald Block Redevelopment PDC role.
