The 78,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters is constructed at the foot of Pemberton Avenue on the south western spit of the property. The building is four storeys high and includes state-of-the-art office space, meeting rooms, expanded bike storage, electric vehicle charging stations, and a full-service cafeteria. It will house 350 Seaspan staff from across its various companies. The office design also incorporates a number of green building standards such as passive heating and reduced water use, and involves an extensive reconfiguration of the current parking lot, including the addition of 122 new stalls.
