The existing Sears building located at Yonge and Dundas as part of the Eaton Centre, went through extensive structural modifications of the interior and façade for the arrival of Nordstrom’s flagship store and retailers Uniqlo and Nike. A number of areas required structural modification in order to meet the new programme spaces. The retro-fit of the approximately 213,000 sq.ft., three-level store opened in the fall of 2016.
