The property consists of two 10-storey residential buildings, connected by a below-grade level of underground parking and common area spaces. Our review included the assessment of the current condition, year identification, and the ongoing cycle replacement of capital items. With any large condition assessment and cost planning exercise that involves multiple sites and buildings, a realistic schedule and open communication is crucial to accomplishing the work without overwhelming the site staff. As prime consultants, RJC scheduled and arranged site visits ensuring access was granted as per the arranged schedule.
