RJC provided structural engineering services for the new Toronto Public Library branch in the West Waterfront and CityPlace communities.  Located on Fort York Boulevard, at Bathurst Street, the branch opened in 2014.  The new library provides the West Waterfront and CityPlace communities with a full range of efficient neighbourhood library branch services in a welcoming environment. The facility will accommodate meetings, collaborative and study spaces; and access to technology for research, learning, working and recreation.
