The new terminal for Harbour Air and Kenmore Air, in the Victoria Inner Harbour, floats on the harbour and is covered by a distinctively waved green roof. The signature curved roof is constructed of steel columns, curved glulam beams, and tongue-and-groove decking. Ensuring that columns and walls were built plumb was difficult as the barge was designed to adjust to level as the structure was completed.  Extremely large versions of a carpenters square were built on site to ensure everything was built normal to the surface of the barge.  Constructed in Bamberton, the $4M barge and structure were brought to the inner harbour by tugboat where final construction was completed for its opening day on April 1, 2016.
