Beau Gaudreau

Beau is active in the investigation and rehabilitation of structures of all types, including precast, post-tensioned, and normally reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry structures. He enjoys the challenges faced by the industry with respect to the rehabilitation of aging structures. Instrumental in helping junior Engineers-in-Training with structural restoration projects, Beau is often a sounding board when making important decisions regarding engineering application and contract administration.

Beau utilizes a no-nonsense, pragmatic approach to rehabilitating buildings and structures with consideration, at all times, for the owner’s goals and budgets. He implements creative ideas and proven processes effectively and has the knowledge and background to know when and where to apply what he has learned. Beau’s clients value this approach, which results in economical and practical solutions backed by nearly two decades of personal hands-on experience. His successful ability to balance the management of client relationships and available resources is most evident in the amount of repeat work under his responsibility for large public and private commercial and residential building owners.

He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a certificate in Structural Engineering. He is a member and regular contributor to RJC's Restoration Division Liaison Group, helping to advance RJC’s best practices nationally. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
