Paul understands the principles behind structural restoration and how they can be applied practically to situations that arise in every project. Clients value his personable and organized approach to projects. He takes pride in his work and takes time to understand his clients’ needs and business. He strives to meet his clients’ requirements through appropriate maintenance and repair to improve their existing properties.
Paul takes an active role in the investigation and rehabilitation of pre-cast, post-tensioned, and normally reinforced concrete structures. A thorough understanding of project sequencing and delivery for structural scopes of work and the project as a whole underpins his exceptional critical thinking skills. His no-nonsense approach to project management has successfully delivered dozens of RJC’s most significant building renovation projects in the last decade. His work includes being the site representative for one of the largest post-tensioning rehabilitation projects undertaken by RJC Toronto and the structural engineer for various renovation projects.
He graduated from the University of Toronto with a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. Paul is a member of the Canadian Society of Civil Engineers. He delivers technical presentations to industry organizations on investigating and rehabilitating post-tensioned structures and provides thought leadership pieces for publications such as Canadian Property Management.
