RJC Engineers were back to support and assist Holiday Helpers again this year. RJC provided Silver sponsorship and RJC’s ‘elves’ volunteered their time at Santa’s workshop to wrap gifts and prepare packages in time for Christmas.

Lindsay Carswell, Director of the Tour de Cure at the BC Cancer Foundation, presented RJC with two awards for the firm’s dedication and support of the Tour de Cure. RJC Managing Principal, and Team Ride Captain, Roger Steers, accepted the awards on RJC’s behalf.

Kelsey Van Steele received the Emerging Leader Award, Technology Advancement, from Construction Canada. Kelsey received her award at a ceremony on December 1st, held as part of Buildings Week. The awards recognize young professionals for excellence in design, leadership, initiative and/or service to the community. A jury of peers selected the finalists.
