RJC are the structural engineers behind Canada’s next soaring skyscraper, 1 Bloor West.

We are excited to be working with a world class team on a world class building in downtown Toronto, The ONE at 1 Bloor West. Together with Mizrahi Developments, Foster + Partners, and CORE Architects we are proud to share a signature design which highlights a unique exoskeleton structural system that will dramatically reshape Toronto’s skyline.  At 320m tall The ONE will be Canada’s second tallest building and one of the most slender supertall towers in the world!
