At street level, the Aura condo tower projects a commanding presence with a 3 storey podium of granite and glass.
The reinforced floor systems are mostly flat plates or flat slabs and post-tensioned beam – slab systems depending on the spans. Aura was designed by Mr. Tibor Kokai, Principal, during his previous employment with another firm.
