An inspired mixed-use community, Capital Park is a significant development project in the James Bay neighbourhood of Victoria.

Two class A office buildings are the focal point of the project.The residential component of the development has a wide range of condo and rental homes.Five heritage buildings are located on the Capital Park property.

Of the five, three stayed onsite and were made code compliant and upgraded to their seismic capacity as a group to provide additional residential rental apartments.

The other two, 526 and 524 Michigan, were relocated to Dock and Dallas road.

These two were also upgraded to their seismic capacity and made code compliant to their new locations.The development also incorporates a water management system that includes a 2200 cubic meter cistern built into the underground structure, collection rain water for usage on site.The one level underground is an expansive parkade extending continually thru all phases of the new development.

This includes supporting the public plaza areas that includes; green areas, water features, playground areas, art structures, and a pavilion structure.
