Carrville Community Centre, Library & District Park
This $70M, 90,934 sq. ft. project involves the creation of a new community centre, library and district park.
The community centre includes an aquatic centre with a 25m pool and leisure pool, a double gymnasium with retractable seating, a fitness centre, a library and multi-purpose space.
The district park includes tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, a splash pad and an ice skating trail.
There will also be a skateboard park and a water park.
It is targeting LEED Gold certification.
