RJC provided cold-formed steel structural design for this six-storey, 120-room, Four Points by Sheraton Airport Hotel in Kelowna.
Our team was able to provide the benefits of cold-formed steel by delivering a cost competitive structure that was delivered on a tight construction schedule.
Due to strict airport zoning and height restrictions, by using a slim six-inch structural floor design, the team was able to incorporate an additional floor without compromising the spaciousness of the ground or guest floor rooms.
