Hermès Vancouver Flagship Store
RJC provided Structural and Building Enclosure consulting services for the renovation of the Hermès Vancouver flagship store.
The new flagship location provides two-levels of luxury retail space.
Our structural engineering team assisted in the significant tenant improvement, which included a new precast exterior cladding, canopy, interconnecting stairs and an elevator.
In addition, our building enclosure team assisted in the demolition and installation of new precast, stone, metal panel, storefront glazing, signage and lighting on the façade.
The project included tie-ins to existing cladding, roofing, and curbs, which provided an updated and refined look for the new flagship store.
RJC also assisted the design build contractor for the floating feature stair.
