This $50 million project involved a two level steel frame expansion to an existing facility.

RJC provided structural engineering services, delivering a design that met the defined operating demands of HP’s Tier III requirements, and providing the flexibility needed to meet requirements for future business activities.

The 110,000 sq. ft. expansion involved the addition of loading docks and connections to the existing facility.

RJC achieved the requirement to accommodate heavy floor loads and 56’ clear roof spans over data halls.

The resulting design provides visual variety and interest, while offering an efficient business environment.
