This private development located on Bridgeport Road in Richmond, BC includes a ten-storey and twelve-storey strata office tower and a 14-storey hotel branded as the OPUS Hotel Versante.

Commercial retail space is located on the ground floor of the building along Bridgeport Road and on the sixth floor of the building.

The roof of the parking podium features a roof top area with landscaped gardens and an outdoor swimming pool.

RJC provided structural engineering consulting services for the concrete framed towers, which feature cantilevered transfer beams creating the dramatic ground floor and sky bar setbacks.

This design was required to create the architecture of the project and meet the municipal requirements from the roads bordering three sides of this unique triangular site.

Furthermore, ductile concrete structure design minimized the high seismic demands associated with the challenging soil conditions on this site.
