Maple Ridge Fire Hall No.

4 & Training Facility is a post-disaster fire hall that includes a large-scale training facility and co-location data centre for the City of Maple Ridge’s data server room.

With a construction cost of $15.9M, the 22,800 sq. ft. facility includes three tandem drive thru’/2 direction apparatus bays and one vehicle maintenance bay, service areas and storage space.

The facility has office space for Fire Hall and City staff, training space, a kitchen, dining room, gym and a lounge area.

The two-storeys, metal training centre structure, designed to meet FFPA 1001 and NFPA 1021 standards, is suitable for interior firefighter training, in addition to all fire training areas.
