The Mill Woods Seniors & Multicultural Centre is a two-storey facility that provides 25,000 sq. ft. of space for the librarary, and 25,000 sq. ft. of space for seniors and multicultural groups.

Metal panels and glazing systems were a prominent feature of the building exterior, which was designed as a rainscreen system with cladding over a continuous air barrier/waterproofing membrane.

RJC provided building envelope services, and assisted the Architect with attaining the LEED® durable building credit, which included preparation of the Durability Plan and associated documentation.

The building was certified LEED® Gold December 1, 2017.
