Engaged as Parking Planner, Durability Consultant and Structural Engineer, RJC helped develop a master parking plan for Mount Royal University.

The plan included the evaluation of several sites and considered economics, user convenience, user security, expandability, vehicle access and traffic considerations and how the parkade would fit within the University's long term master plan.

The clear span structure improves user visibility and efficiency, and features nearly 1,200 stalls and glazed stairwells for increased security.

Completed on schedule and on budget, the five storey, 1,180 stall parkade helps to support the University's campus growth and long term development.
