Richmond Centre Retrofit - Cactus Club
As requested by Richmond Centre owners, Cadillac Fairview, RJC Engineers was engaged to provide Structural Engineering and Building Enclosure consulting services for the retrofit of an existing retail space for a new Cactus Club Restaurant within the mall.
As requested by Richmond Centre owners, Cadillac Fairview, RJC Engineers was engaged to provide Structural Engineering and Building Enclosure consulting services for the retrofit of an existing retail space for a new Cactus Club Restaurant within the mall.
RJC’s structural scope of services involved new exterior canopies, new patio construction, as well as multiple building upgrades and modifications.
RJC’s building enclosure scope of also included the review the consistency of the tie-ins to the existing mall assemblies.
