Skee-Ann Apartments is a two-storey apartment building in Prince Rupert, BC.

Originally constructed in 1970, this building underwent a building envelope restoration project.

The original vertical and horizontal wood siding was replaced with vertical metal siding and horizontal fibre-cement lap siding.

Both assemblies were installed as a rainscreen assembly over exterior insulation and a new water resistive air barrier.

The vinyl windows and asphalt shingle roofing were also replaced.Foundation waterproofing and drainage improvements were completed along the back elevation to address water ingress in the basement.

The elevated walkway, entrance stairs, and railings were also replaced or restored where appropriate to improve building access.
