Built upon the demolished St. Vincent hospital site, this project captured themes of sustainability in re-using a majority of the brick form the original structure.

In addition, the existing concrete foundation was crushed and re-used as structural fill for the new building.

Phase 1 of Honoria Conway consists of a four-storey assisted living, residential building with amenities on the ground-level.

Each assisted living unit is a self-contained apartment with a 24-hour response system.

RJC responded to architectural expression and provided structure for the large entrance canopy, exposed bearing glulam columns with upstand beam to create thin roof profiles.
