The two-storey masonry structure exhibits structural integrity as well as delightful architectural expression.

The design team was honoured with a Masonry Design Award presented by the Masonry Institute of British Columbia.

The total floor area, including the basement of the facility, is approx.

18,000 sq. ft..

It is designed to post-disaster standards.

The apparatus bay can accommodate three fire trucks and has access from both ends.
