The Canada Line is fully separated from general traffic with sections of track that are primarily elevated or underground.

There is a short section at the airport where the track runs at-grade.

The alignment is approximately 18km long and connects Downtown Vancouver with Vancouver International Airport and the City of Richmond.

RJC completed the structural design for six Canada Line stations: • Waterfront Station • Vancouver City Center Station • Yaletown Roundhouse Station • Olympic Village Station • Broadway-City Hall Station • YVR (Airport) Station.

RJC worked closely with SNC Lavalin to develop designs that helped SNC bring these stations in on budget and ahead of schedule.

We were involved in complex phasing and scheduling issues such as the tunnel boring process and how it related to design and construction scheduling for the three Downtown Vancouver stations.
