The UBC Sauder School of Business redevelopment included the creation of a new facility to house graduate programs, a dedicated undergraduate centre and the addition of 55,000 sq. ft. to the existing Henry Angus Building.

RJC provided consulting services on the building enclosure for the new addition and rehabilitation of the existing building enclosure.

During the redevelopment of the Sauder School of Business, working with Acton Ostry Architects, RJC was able to revitalize the building enclosure and give it a new appearance, while also bringing it up to a higher performance level.

The thermal performance (both in energy usage and occupant comfort) was greatly improved, as was the air tightness and acoustical performance.

The performance and long-term durability of systems is now appropriate for the new life expectations for this revitalized complex.
