Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex Expansion
This $27.5M, project involved an expansion and renovation of the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex.
The expansion consists of a 15,000 sq. ft. civic addition to the front of the complex and a two-storey, 23,000 sq. ft. penthouse, community pavilion and bridge.
The new spaces include multi-purpose rooms, an activity court, meeting rooms and offices.
Additionally, 11,000 sq. ft. of the central fitness area was renovated.
The aquatic alternative change room was expanded and the commercial kitchen was relocated.
