The York University Markham Centre Campus is a $165M, ten-storey building with tiered lecture rooms, classrooms, a library, research offices and science labs which will accommodate undergraduate and graduate programs.

The long term target is to accommodate up to 10,000 students.

This project is targeting LEED Silver certification.

Continuous flight auger (CFA) foundations are utilized due to a high water level, existing fill material and low bearing soil strata.

This project is being delivered using REVIT as Building Information Modelling to level of development 300.
