The 150,000 sq. ft. Student Centre is an iconic campus gateway that positions York University at the forefront of student experience.
It features student-focused meeting rooms, individual and group study spaces, areas for recreational activities, commercial space, club offices, administrative support offices and multi-faith prayer rooms.
York University outlined the desire to implement Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) principles for this project, and our team brought the unique experience required, having delivered the first IPD project in Ontario (St. Jerome’s University).
