At 306m tall, The ONE is Canada’s tallest building and Canada’s first supertall tower.

The stunning design is located at the intersection of Yonge and Bloor, the tower's 85 storeys are centered on a premium retail space. This 100x100 foot space has no interior columns and no corner columns.

With its soaring 37-foot ceilings, it displays the unique structural system and inclined struts.

Above this space the podium consists of stacks of restaurant and amenity space which serve the hotel levels located in the tower above.

After a set of mechanical levels the residential tower rises above and includes premium multi-level penthouse units. The unique structure is further expressed at the chamfered mechanical levels which repeat four times up the height of the tower.

Additionally, perimeter structural diagonals are expressed by the architectural façade which allows for corner column-free spaces throughout the height of the tower and ground floor retail.
