The Tudor House Liquor Store is a modern and untraditional liquor store with a contemporary design to embrace the surrounding nature.

Located on one of Esquimalt’s busiest intersections, this 9,000 sq. ft. liquor store includes a number of structural features including the store’s large glass façade and large overhanging metal roof with cedar soffit.

Inside, glulam beams span the length of the store and a large green wall runs the length of the store to provide environmental and aesthetic benefits.

An upper mezzanine area, accessibly by a feature concrete staircase, is located at the back of the store and is used for tastings, industry workshops, neighbourhood cultural gatherings and private events.
